Easy Installation of CloudNatix to a K8s Cluster

Jack McClary—Member of technical staff, CloudNatix

After becoming active in customer calls and giving several live demos, I noticed I was frequently asked what the installation process was for installing CloudNatix onto existing clusters. At CloudNatix we aim to provide highly automated and efficient computing environments for our customers. We provide a very convenient and foolproof optimize, and that extends into the process of installing our product as well. In this quick 3:20 video I walk through the simple process of installing CloudNatix onto an AWS Kubernetes cluster, and show the connection to the GUI. The CLI commands used in the demo are shown below:

aws eks update-kubeconfig --region <region> --name <cluster name>

cnatix clusters configure
#This takes you through the guided installation shown in the video

# After the guided steps, copy and paste one of the commands listed as output

# Here we use viddy, a watch command, but you can see the same thing with this command
kubectl get pods -n cloudnatix

Installation is as simple as that, and you can even configure the CloudNatix platform such that it  auto-updates. that you automatically upgrade to get new features as they are rolled out! By investing in ease of use in all areas of our product, we put the customer first and prioritize giving you time back to focus on what is most important.  As a result, we now have seen, even our prospects installing our platform across tens of thousands of CPUs during a two week PoC itself! Additionally, we have heard from our customers that they are very happy with how easy and efficient our installation is.
